Roll out 500g store bought bread dough (or you own home made) on a lightly floured surface into 5mm-thick rectangle.
Combine 1/4 cup (60ml) melted butter, 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 Tbsp (15ml) chopped parsley.
Brush dough with half the garlic butter.
Top with 2 cups (250g) grated cheddar and 1 packet (250g) chopped sundried tomatoes in oil.
Roll dough into a thick log.
Cut log down the length with a sharp knife to expose 2 cut sides.
Pinch the ends together on one side and twist the 2 pieces together to resemble a braid. Place on a greased baking tray and brush with remaining garlic butter.
Cover and rest for 15minutes before baking at 180degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes.
Serve immediately. Makes 1
